2. Position Overview

Seeking a Full-time Psychotherapist to join our team.
Schedule: Day shift (details to be discussed during interview).

3. Key Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals and families.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in EHR.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for integrated care.
• Support patient engagement, referrals, and retention.
• Participate in case reviews, audits, and clinical meetings.

4. Requirements

• Active LMSW license (required); LCSW preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of psychotherapy experience.
• Experience with chronic illness, neurological conditions, or co-occurring disorders preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

5. Education

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field required.

6. Certifications

• Valid NY State Social Work License (LMSW/LCSW).

7. Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish-speaking required.
• Experience with EHR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Prior leadership or clinical supervision experience.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
