Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) on the Morning Shift! Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles to support clients’ development and independence
  • Collect, record, and analyze data related to client behaviors and progress accurately and consistently
  • Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as grooming, dressing, feeding, and hygiene routines
  • Support clients during therapy sessions by applying behavioral management techniques to promote positive behaviors
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling medical records and client information
  • Collaborate with supervising clinicians to update care plans and ensure treatment goals are met effectively
  • Foster a safe, nurturing environment that encourages learning, engagement, and emotional well-being

Requirements

  • Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain certification prior to employment
  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral health, and behavior management strategies
  • Ability to assist with ADLs and support clients in their daily routines
  • Strong data collection skills and attention to detail for tracking client progress accurately
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation, and medical records management is a plus
  • Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills tailored for working with children and families
