Licensed Social Worker (LSW)

Join our growing team & make a real difference in the lives of others. We are seeking compassionate, motivated social workers to provide counseling, case management, and behavioral health support to individuals facing mental health, substance use, trauma, and life challenges.

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual & group counseling
• Complete assessments & treatment planning
• Support clients with anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use, anger management, and more
• Coordinate care with healthcare providers & community resources
• Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems
• Help clients navigate difficult situations with compassion & professionalism

What We’re Looking For

• Active Ohio LSW
• Experience in mental health, behavioral health, or substance use treatment preferred
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping individuals & families create positive change
