Become a Clinical Director at Brookline’s Brand-New, State-of-the-Art Outpatient Clinic. Have you recently earned your LICSW or LMHC in Massachusetts? If you already bring a strong foundation of supervisory, mentoring, or management experience from your pre-licensure roles, this is your opportunity to leverage that background and take the next major step in your career.

We are seeking a driven and clinically strong leader to step into a Clinical Director opportunity at our brand-new, state-of-the-art Brookline outpatient clinic. This is a strictly Monday through Friday, 40-hour-per-week position with absolutely no on-call requirements, offering the chance to grow into leadership without sacrificing work-life balance.

This is a salaried Clinical Director role with an aggressive quarterly bonus structure, designed for clinicians who are ready to lead, build, and shape a high-performing outpatient program from the ground up. Our new Brookline location will feature advanced telehealth capabilities alongside comprehensive behavioral health services, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), psychiatric medication management, and outpatient therapy.

As Clinical Director, you will have the unique opportunity to help launch and lead this exciting new clinic with the full support of our organization. Our leadership team will provide comprehensive, role-specific training to ensure a smooth transition into leadership. In addition, you will be supported by dedicated on-staff clinical supervisors who will assist with day-to-day clinical oversight and help foster a strong clinical culture from day one.

Launch and Lead a New Clinic

Step into a rare opportunity to help shape the culture, operations, and clinical excellence of a newly developed Brookline clinic built with innovation and growth in mind.

Schedule Parameters

Enjoy a definitive Monday through Friday, 40-hour schedule with zero on-call expectations, so your time outside of work stays protected.

Next-Step Career Advancement

This is an ideal leadership path for licensed LICSWs and LMHCs who already have supervisory, mentoring, or management experience and are ready to grow into a formal director-level role.

Lead a modern outpatient setting featuring telehealth integration, TMS, psychiatric medication management, and evidence-based therapy services in a thoughtfully designed, innovative environment.

Supportive Leadership and Comprehensive Training

You will not step into this role alone. Our leadership team will provide direct training tailored specifically to the Clinical Director position, and our clinical supervisors will support daily oversight and team development.

  • Oversee the daily operations of our new Brookline outpatient clinic, ensuring high-quality, compliant, patient-centered care
