Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our dynamic school and clinic hybrid team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, providing essential behavioral therapy services in both educational and clinical settings. The BCaBA will implement evidence-based interventions, collect and analyze data, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote positive outcomes. This position operates Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm, with comprehensive benefits designed to support your professional growth and personal well-being.
Duties
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles for children and individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities.
- Provide supervision under the oversight of a licensed professional as per ethics and funders rules.
- Conduct behavioral assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and diagnostic evaluations, to identify target behaviors and treatment goals.
- Collect, record, and analyze data meticulously during therapy sessions to measure progress and inform treatment adjustments.
- Collaborate effectively with speech therapists, occupational therapists, educators, families, and medical professionals to ensure cohesive care strategies.
- Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and support staff in delivering high-quality behavioral interventions.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, patient records, and HIPAA-compliant files in accordance with privacy regulations.
- Assist in intake procedures by gathering relevant medical history, conducting patient assessments, and supporting diagnostic evaluations as needed.
- Collaborate with and provide support to BCBA's within the organization
Requirements
- Certification as a BCaBA from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, ABA strategies, and data collection methods.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards.
- Excellent communication skills for working collaboratively with families, educators, healthcare providers, and team members.
- Ability to perform patient care tasks responsibly while maintaining a compassionate approach.
- Knowledge of special education practices and experience supporting behavioral health initiatives.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
