  • Support clients during therapy sessions by providing engaging, motivating activities tailored to their needs
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling medical records and client information
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and update care plans based on ongoing data collection and client progress

Requirements

  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
  • Knowledge of behavioral therapy principles, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and behavior management strategies
  • Ability to collect detailed data accurately during therapy sessions
  • Strong communication skills for working effectively with clients, families, and team members
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, documentation standards, and maintaining medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Compassionate attitude with a patient-focused approach to care and teaching
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in special education or related fields is a plus

Join Home Harmony in making a meaningful difference! As an RBT, you'll be empowered to positively impact lives through engaging therapy sessions that promote growth, independence, and confidence.
