Role Description

We are currently seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our clinical team as an independent contractor (1099). This opportunity is ideal for clinicians seeking flexible scheduling, a supportive team environment, and the ability to provide meaningful therapeutic work with a highly engaged client population.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy sessions to adult clients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment goals and interventions
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment team members regarding client progress and treatment planning
• Facilitate in-person and/or virtual therapy sessions
• Support clients with concerns related to substance use, trauma, anxiety, depression, stress management, and relational dynamics
• Participate in discharge planning and continuing care coordination as needed

Qualifications

• Active Georgia license required (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience preferred
• Experience working in behavioral health, addiction treatment, trauma, or dual diagnosis strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical documentation skills
• Ability to work independently while remaining collaborative within a team setting
• Comfortable utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic medical records systems
