Bridge 2 Success Group Home is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) to join our growing team. This position plays a vital role in supporting individuals struggling with substance use and behavioral health challenges by providing guidance, counseling, and recovery support services.
Responsibilities
- Provide substance abuse counseling and recovery support services
- Conduct assessments and assist with treatment planning
- Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Monitor client progress and support relapse prevention strategies
- Collaborate with clinical staff, case managers, and community resources
- Provide crisis intervention and client advocacy when needed
- Support clients in achieving treatment and recovery goals
Qualifications
- Active CADC certification or relevant substance abuse counseling credential preferred
- Experience working with individuals with substance use and behavioral health needs
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
