Bridge 2 Success Group Home is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) to join our growing team. This position plays a vital role in supporting individuals struggling with substance use and behavioral health challenges by providing guidance, counseling, and recovery support services.

Responsibilities

• Provide substance abuse counseling and recovery support services
• Conduct assessments and assist with treatment planning
• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Monitor client progress and support relapse prevention strategies
• Collaborate with clinical staff, case managers, and community resources
• Provide crisis intervention and client advocacy when needed
• Support clients in achieving treatment and recovery goals

Qualifications

• Active CADC certification or relevant substance abuse counseling credential preferred
• Experience working with individuals with substance use and behavioral health needs
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
