Licensed Independent Social Worker

LISW –Youth Mental Health Counselor| Independent Contractor (1099) | Paid Per Claim | ~20-40 Hours/Week

Clinical Opportunity!

We are looking for a licensed LISW to provide clinical services at our summer mental health and wellness camp for youth ages 6–14. This is a flexible, contractor-based role that lets you do meaningful clinical work in a vibrant, energetic setting — without being on the field for every sprint.

You'll work during camp hours seeing kids for the clinical services your license requires, while our QMHS team handles the high-energy arts and sports programming.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions during school/camp hours
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and treatment plans
• Provide crisis intervention and clinical oversight as needed
• Collaborate with QMHS staff on behavioral observations and goal progress
• Complete Medicaid-compliant documentation and submit claims accordingly
• Serve as clinical supervisor/support for direct care staff where applicable

Requirements:

• Active Ohio LSW or LISW license in good standing
• Active Medicaid billing number — required
• Experience with children and adolescent behavioral health preferred
• Strong documentation and time management skills
• Comfortable working in a camp/community-based setting
• Must carry own professional liability insurance (1099 position)

Compensation & Schedule:

• $50-55 per hour based on licensure and experience
• Paid per claim (1099 Independent Contractor

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
