Childwise ABA is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Childwise ABA, you will work closely with children with autism, families, and clinical staff to provide high-quality ABA services across clinic, home, and school settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans

• Supervise and support RBTs and clinical staff

• Monitor client progress and update treatment goals

• Provide parent and caregiver training

• Maintain accurate documentation and clinical notes

• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time

• Monday–Friday

• Flexible scheduling

• Salary: $75,000–$95,000 per year

Qualifications

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

• Active Ohio COBA license or eligibility

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Experience supervising ABA programs preferred
