Childwise ABA is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Childwise ABA, you will work closely with children with autism, families, and clinical staff to provide high-quality ABA services across clinic, home, and school settings.

Responsibilities
-
Conduct assessments as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
-
Supervise and support RBTs and clinical staff
-
Monitor client progress and update treatment goals
-
Provide parent and caregiver training
-
Maintain accurate documentation and clinical notes
-
Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams
Schedule & Compensation

Salary: $75,000–$95,000 per year
Qualifications

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Active Ohio COBA license or eligibility

Strong communication and leadership skills

Experience supervising ABA programs preferred
