Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Budding Futures ABA

Pay: $24–$30 per hour (based on experience, availability, and credentials)

About Budding Futures ABA:
Budding Futures ABA is an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) provider expanding services to meet the needs of children and families across our communities. We serve children ages 2–21 in home, school, and community-based settings and are committed to clinical quality, professionalism, and meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy following treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect accurate data during each session
• Communicate consistently with supervising BCBAs and care team
• Support children in developing communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills
• Maintain professionalism, reliability, and a positive presence with families

Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training
• Reliable and consistent attendance
• Ability to work independently with BCBA support
• Strong communication skills and professionalism
• Commitment to working with children and families
