In this vital role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat children and adolescents experiencing a range of mental health conditions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans and utilize your expertise to promote mental wellness in a vulnerable population. Your work will directly impact the health and happiness of our community’s youth.Required Skills:

Valid MA Medical License in good standing
Board Certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (Behavioral Health Boarded)
Completion of Child and Adolescent CPI (Crisis Prevention and Intervention) training
Proven experience in pediatric psychiatric assessments and treatment planning
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage young patients and their families effectively
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with telepsychiatry
Knowledge of community resources and outpatient services
Additional certifications in trauma-informed care or behavioral interventions

Preferred Education and Experience:

MD or DO degree with specialized training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
Prior clinical experience working in hospital, outpatient, or community settings with youth and their families

Other Requirements:

Must be licensed in Massachusetts
Willingness to start on or before 05/16/2026
Flexibility to meet occasional scheduling needs and participate in ongoing training and certification
