In this vital role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat children and adolescents experiencing a range of mental health conditions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans and utilize your expertise to promote mental wellness in a vulnerable population. Your work will directly impact the health and happiness of our community’s youth.Required Skills:
- Valid MA Medical License in good standing
- Board Certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (Behavioral Health Boarded)
- Completion of Child and Adolescent CPI (Crisis Prevention and Intervention) training
- Proven experience in pediatric psychiatric assessments and treatment planning
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage young patients and their families effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Experience with telepsychiatry
- Knowledge of community resources and outpatient services
- Additional certifications in trauma-informed care or behavioral interventions
- MD or DO degree with specialized training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
- Prior clinical experience working in hospital, outpatient, or community settings with youth and their families
- Must be licensed in Massachusetts
- Willingness to start on or before 05/16/2026
- Flexibility to meet occasional scheduling needs and participate in ongoing training and certification
