Best Behavior Solutions LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 in-home ABA services for clients ages 5 and under. This role is ideal for a BCBA student seeking high-quality, clinical-led mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement 1:1 behavioral interventions based on established treatment plans.
- Accurate Data Collection: Maintain precise, real-time data on target behaviors and skill acquisition via Hi Rasmus
- Participate in frequent, in-person supervision
- Maintain professional communication with families and the clinical director.
- Day time availability required.
Schedule:
May 25- 29: Wednesday - Friday, 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
June 1 - June 10: Monday - Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
After June 10: Wednesday - Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (approximately 15 hours per week).
Schedule will change in Fall.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $29.00 - $30.00 per hour
