Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) | Hialeah, FLJob SummaryThis remote LMHC position focuses on providing consistent, high-quality therapy to clients who need practical mental health support. You will meet with clients virtually, help them work through emotional and behavioral concerns, and guide them through treatment plans that are realistic and goal-based. The role is designed for a counselor who can balance strong clinical judgment with clear communication. You will spend your time providing therapy, completing documentation, and helping clients make steady progress from session to session.ResponsibilitiesConduct telehealth counseling sessions with assigned clients Assess mental health concerns, symptoms, strengths, and treatment goals Develop treatment plans that reflect client needs and clinical best practices Provide support for concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, grief, adjustment issues, and relationship challenges Document sessions, treatment updates, and clinical notes accurately Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards Use sound clinical judgment when identifying risk or higher levels of care Participate in care-related communication as appropriate RequirementsActive Florida LMHC license in good standing Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Experience providing counseling services to adults, families, or diverse client populations Comfortable delivering therapy through telehealth Strong clinical documentation and communication skills Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions Benefits$115,000–$120,000 per year Full-time position Remote / telehealth work setting Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Take the next step in your counseling career with a role that allows you to provide therapy from a professional remote setting.
