Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments (BCBA) and implement treatment plans (BCaBA)
• Supervise and train RBTs and team members
• Collect and analyze behavior data
• Provide parent and caregiver training
• Collaborate with schools, families, and professionals
• Maintain documentation and meet insurance and HIPAA standards

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification (BACB)
• Experience with private insurance & telehealth (preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Spanish Speakers

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $60–$76 per hour
