About the Role:

Join our dedicated team at Brighter Tomorrow Behavioral Services as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Bloomsbury, NJ. In this rewarding role, you will provide essential support to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques, making a positive impact on their lives and development.

Responsibilities:

Implement individualized treatment plans for children with ASD under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Conduct one-on-one sessions to teach social, communication, and daily living skills.
Monitor and document client progress and behavioral data accurately.
Collaborate with families to provide support and resources for their child's development.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients during sessions.
Assist in the development of new therapeutic strategies and interventions.
Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA.

Requirements:

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
Experience working with children with ASD or in a behavioral health setting preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and families.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow supervision guidelines.
Compassionate demeanor with a passion for helping children achieve their goals.
Reliable transportation and flexibility to work various hours, including evenings or weekends.
Basic understanding of ABA principles and techniques is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in psychology or related fields is a bonus.
