Job Overview
The Workforce Connections (WFC) Empowerment Coach - Lead Social Worker plays a vital role in supporting youth as they navigate pathways toward education, employment, and long-term stability. This position is uniquely structured to serve all students engaged at Choccolocco Research Education Arts & Technical Experience (CREATE) in Oxford, Alabama, regardless of income or eligibility status, by providing individualized support, resource navigation, and wraparound services that remove barriers to success.

This role requires a proactive, relationship-driven professional who can meet students where they are, assess individual needs, and connect them to meaningful resources and opportunities that empower them to stay on track and move forward.
