Position Overview
Mir Home Care is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee ABA services provided through the Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP) Autism Program. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs/BHAs, and collaborate with families and caregivers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise RBTs and Behavioral Health Aides
- Monitor client progress and treatment effectiveness
- Train caregivers and staff on behavioral interventions
- Ensure compliance with BACB and Georgia regulations
- Maintain timely documentation and reports
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification required
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience working with children with autism preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with in-home ABA services
- Experience supervising RBTs
- Knowledge of Georgia Medicaid/GAPP requirements

Pay: $69.00 - $90.00 per hour
