Position Overview

Mir Home Care is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee ABA services provided through the Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP) Autism Program. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs/BHAs, and collaborate with families and caregivers.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise RBTs and Behavioral Health Aides
  • Monitor client progress and treatment effectiveness
  • Train caregivers and staff on behavioral interventions
  • Ensure compliance with BACB and Georgia regulations
  • Maintain timely documentation and reports

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience working with children with autism preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with in-home ABA services
  • Experience supervising RBTs
  • Knowledge of Georgia Medicaid/GAPP requirements
