Join a team of passionate professionals supporting students in a school-based ABA program serving the Long Beach and South Bay communities. As a Behavior Interventionist, you’ll work in a collaborative, supportive environment where your growth matters just as much as the students you serve.

At ABC, you’ll receive ongoing training, mentorship, and hands-on support while building meaningful skills for a long-term career in Applied Behavior Analysis and other related fields.

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct ABA services to students within a classroom setting
• Implement evidence-based interventions using positive reinforcement
• Support development of communication, social, and adaptive skills
• Collect and track student progress data
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
• Collaborate closely with BCBAs and Field Trainers for daily support and coaching

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of direct ABA experience (preferred)
• Passion for working with children and helping them succeed
• Reliable, collaborative, and eager to learn
