Light Soda on Tap is searching for a Service Coordinator that likes working with customers in a dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate has an upbeat attitude, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is a problem solver and has top-notch organizational skills. This position will work closely with customers, our technicians and sales representatives.
Responsibilities include:
· Schedule service calls
· Answer multi-line phone system
· Communicate with customers, technicians, and salespeople
· Process parts orders
· Generate reports
· Help with misc. administrative tasks
Qualifications:
· 2-3 years’ previous service call/dispatching experience and/or customer service experience a plus (but we'll train the right candidate!)
· Proven ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced environments while maintaining accuracy
· Problem solver
· Ability to calmly handle stressful situations
· High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
· Computer and customer service skills
· Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
· Must know how to use email, Microsoft Word and Excel
· Previous admin experience is a plus +
· Bi-lingual is a plus+
