Advanced Behavioral Interventions (ABI) is looking for exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities and Duties

  • Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
  • Design initial treatment plans of care and progress reports
  • Design behavior intervention plans
  • Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians
  • Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual
  • Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians
  • Supervise Program Supervisors
  • Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations
  • Graph data, adjust strategies as needed to ensure progress, and provide routine progress summaries

Job Requirements:

  • Valid BCBA Certificate
  • Experience working with Children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities
  • Vehicle required for travel between assignments, and valid driver's license (if hybrid model applies)
  • Experience with Central Reach
  • Have experience with assessments such as VBMAPP, DAYC-2, AFLS, ABLS, Vineland-3, ABAS-3, FAST and/or QABF (training provided if necessary)
  • Spanish Speaking a PLUS!!!

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning Shifts (8-12 pm, PST)
  • Evening Shifts (1-6:30 pm, PST)
  • No Weekends!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
