Hybrid Outpatient Mental Health Therapist - LPC/LCSW

Job Overview

Mindful Healing is seeking a compassionate and motivated Hybrid Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to provide individual, couples, and family counseling services to clients across Virginia. This position offers a flexible hybrid schedule with both telehealth and in-office opportunities, allowing clinicians to build a meaningful caseload while maintaining work-life balance in a supportive group practice environment.

We welcome fully licensed clinicians as well as Virginia license-eligible residents and supervisees pursuing LPC or LCSW licensure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with Virginia licensing and ethical standards.
• Participate in clinical supervision and case consultation as appropriate.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure quality client care.
• Uphold professional, ethical, and HIPAA-compliant standards in both telehealth and office settings.
• Manage and maintain a consistent client caseload.

QualificationsRequired

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental health field.
• Licensed or license-eligible in Virginia as an LPC, Resident in Counseling, LCSW, or Supervisee in Social Work.
• Ability to provide services in both telehealth and in-person settings.
• Strong interpersonal and clinical skills with adults, children, couples, and families.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
• Commitment to ethical practice, professionalism, and client-centered care.

Preferred

• Experience providing outpatient or telehealth therapy services.
• Training in evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care.
• Experience working with couples and family systems.
• Comfort with independently managing a caseload and referrals.
