Loudoun Psychotherapy and Counseling Services, LLC is a diverse and growing outpatient private practice located in Ashburn, VA. As we expand to meet growing client needs, we're excited to invite a Resident in Counseling or Licensed Therapist to join our compassionate and collaborative team.

Position Overview:

This is an ideal opportunity for a therapist who is passionate about working with children and teens (ages 4–17) and values a hybrid work model—balancing in-person sessions with the flexibility of virtual appointments. What We're Looking For:

We’re seeking a dedicated and person-centered clinician who brings strong organizational and time management skills, foundational knowledge of therapeutic practices, and a commitment to lifelong learning.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited program
• Must reside in Virginia and be located within 30 minutes of our Ashburn, VA office
• Experience working with children and adolescents
• Previous experience conducting intakes and diagnosing using the DSM
• Open to both in-person and telehealth sessions
• Eligible to work in a part-time W2 capacity
