Join our dynamic team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Behavior Technician, where your passion for helping others and your expertise in behavioral health will make a meaningful difference. In this role, you will work closely with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, to implement individualized behavior intervention plans. Responsibilities
- Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or other qualified professionals
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, feeding, and toileting, promoting independence and self-care skills
- Collect and record data on client behaviors accurately to monitor progress and inform treatment plans
- Support the development and execution of personalized care plans tailored to each individual’s needs
- Use behavior management strategies to reinforce positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors in a compassionate manner
- Maintain confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA regulations and safeguarding medical records and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in therapy delivery and client progress
Experience
- Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Familiarity with applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral health, or special education concepts is advantageous
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, documentation practices, and medical records management is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members
- Ability to follow detailed instructions, maintain patience, and demonstrate empathy in all interactions

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
