• 2 years of experience (required)

RBT Training and Supervision:

• Paid training and shadowing
• We will train you! Learn at your own pace. Training will be provided until you feel comfortable to provide effective intervention on your own. No rush!
• BCBA supervision paid at FULL Rate pay
• Direct and indirect hour supervision and oversight. We will prepare you to become a confident and knowledge BCBA or BCaBA.

RBT Salary/Schedule

• Pay rate for RBT remains the same while being supervised
• Flexible scheduling from 20 to 40 hours per week and $23.00 to $26.00 per hour depending on experience
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• W2 Employee

Location

• Provide intervention in home, school or community setting.

RBT Qualifications and Skills

• RBT Certified (required)
• Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in a University (preferred)
• Must have taken a course in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

RBT Position Requirements

• Responsible for the implementation of behavior treatment plan created by supervising BCBA in collaboration with other team members.
• Must be passionate about helping others, energetic, patient, honest, responsible and committed.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Willingness to drive to various locations during a work day.
• Level 2 Background screening required, and other documents will be required upon hiring.
• 2 years of experience (required)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
