Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in either a full-time or part-time outpatient clinic role.
This position will work collaboratively with our physicians and advanced practice providers to support patients dealing with chronic pain, rehabilitation needs, weight management challenges, and long-term medical conditions.
This is a unique opportunity to practice within an integrated medical environment and help address the behavioral, emotional, and psychosocial factors that directly impact patient outcomes and treatment success.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- Clinic hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No evenings
- No weekends
- No call responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities
Chronic Pain & Spine Support
- Provide behavioral health support and counseling for patients with chronic pain conditions
- Assist patients with coping strategies, adjustment to chronic illness, and treatment adherence
- Support patients undergoing interventional pain procedures and long-term treatment plans
Rehabilitation & Physiatry Support
- Promote engagement with rehabilitation and home exercise programs
- Address psychosocial barriers to recovery and functional improvement
- Support patients adapting to injury, disability, or chronic physical limitations
Weight Management Support
- Provide behavioral counseling related to lifestyle change and weight management goals
- Assist patients with motivation, emotional eating concerns, and long-term treatment adherence
Care Coordination & Patient Advocacy
- Identify barriers to care and patient compliance
- Collaborate with providers and clinic staff to improve patient engagement and outcomes
- Assist with community resources, support systems, and care coordination when appropriate
Qualifications Required:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Missouri
- Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary medical team
Preferred:
- Experience in outpatient healthcare, medical clinic, rehabilitation, behavioral health, or chronic illness settings
- Interest in chronic pain, rehabilitation, or integrated healthcare models
- Experience working with adult patient populations

About the Role
This position is ideal for an LCSW interested in moving beyond a traditional therapy-only setting and becoming part of a collaborative specialty medical team focused on improving whole-patient outcomes.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
