Mental Health Counselor/Therapist, Private Practice

We're looking to hire a skilled clinician who is passionate about individual and/or couples counseling and interested in stepping into the world of private pay private practice. Ideally, this clinician would be experienced and have training in a trauma-informed theoretical framework (e.g., EMDR, DBT, brainspotting, somatic experiencing, etc.) and be passionate about supporting adults (age 18+). Fully-licensed clinicians are encouraged to apply.

This is achieved through encouraging a healthy money mindset, the ability to set your own rates, and a generous compensation structure.

We are seeking a candidate interested in working full-time (20+ hours/week). Bonuses are awarded quarterly based on client case load. We fully support and encourage work-life balance, which translates into the expectation that full-time clinicians are working toward seeing 20+ clients/week, but no more than 25 clients/week, unless this is an express goal of the clinician.

Clinicians are in complete control of their own schedule, have their own dedicated office, get to work with their ideal clients, and may provide in-person and/or virtual therapy at their discretion.

This practice would be an incredible fit for a mental health professional who meets the following criteria:

• fully-licensed mental health professional in the state of Missouri (i.e., LPC, LMFT, LCSW)
• experienced in providing individual and/or couples therapy to adults (18+)
• NOT currently paneled with insurance providers
• desires a completely flexible schedule, working in-office or from home
• wants administrative support with billing, practice policies, paperwork, and scheduling
• doesn’t want the obligation and expense of renting an office space, paying for utilities, building a website, or shouldering administrative costs
• appreciates consistent referrals to build their case load
• desires a generous compensation arrangement
• appreciates professional support and consultation (one-on-one and in a team-oriented, group practice setting)
