Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapist to join our dynamic mental health team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive psychotherapy and counseling services to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults. Duties
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs and treatment plans.
- Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, behavioral therapy, and applied behavior analysis.
- Implement specialized interventions for clients with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, PTSD, addiction issues, or geriatrics.
- Manage patient intake processes, maintain accurate medical documentation in electronic medical record (EMR) systems, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including social workers, case managers, medical professionals, and educators to coordinate holistic care.
- Engage in crisis intervention and crisis management to support clients experiencing acute mental health episodes.
- Collect data for clinical research studies and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work , psychology, counseling, or related field; licensure Preferred: LPC or LMFT
- Proven experience in psychotherapy techniques such as motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, or applied behavior analysis.
- Familiarity with EMR systems for documentation and data collection; experience with CPT coding and ICD coding is a plus.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA compliance, and medical records management.
- Experience working with children, individuals and families
- Strong skills in patient assessment, case management, crisis intervention, and social work practices.

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
