Registered Behavior Technician

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chicago, IL, for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). The RBT will provide direct ABA therapy to individuals with autism and developmental differences under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Responsibilities include implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting accurate data, assisting with skill-building activities, monitoring progress, and collaborating with caregivers to generalize skills. Attention to ethical practices and adherence to organizational standards is crucial for success in this role.

• Experience in providing direct ABA therapy and implementing behavior intervention plans
• Proficiency in data collection, behavior tracking, and using data for continuous improvement
• Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with caregivers, team members, and supervisors
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and familiarity with ABA principles
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to adapt to individual needs and goals
• Commitment to ethical practices and person-centered supports
• High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred)
• Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental differences is a plus
