Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team committed to transforming lives through evidence-based behavioral interventions. As a BCBA, you will lead the development, implementation, and oversight of individualized treatment plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine behavioral needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.
- Design, implement, and supervise behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles to promote skill acquisition and reduce problematic behaviors.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data meticulously to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Provide direct behavioral therapy services to children and individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities in various settings.
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency in treatment delivery and maximize client outcomes.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations and best practices for patient care.
- Offer training, supervision, and mentorship to behavior technicians and staff to uphold high-quality service standards.
Qualifications
- Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methodologies.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, patient assessment procedures, and medical records management.
- Ability to conduct intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient needs.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, team members, and external providers.
