- Are highly comfortable with telehealth service delivery
- Can effectively support RBTs remotely

- Are clinically independent and self-directed

- Understand that remote work still requires responsiveness, accountability, and engagement
- BCBA certification in good standing
- Licensed in Utah or willing to obtain Utah licensure
