Location: Glendale

Districts Schedule: Per Diem | Monday - Friday | School Hours

Pay: $23-$29 per hour (based on experience)

Start Date: 2025-2026 School Year

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and small group behavior support
Implement ABA strategies to encourage positive behaviors
Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
Collect and maintain accurate data on student progress
Support students in building independence and confidence
Collaborate with school staff to create a safe, inclusive learning environment

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED (required)
Experience in behavior intervention or education (preferred)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Passion for working with children and making a difference
