Duties
- Advise clients on strategic workforce growth, employment policies, and compliance.
- Provide guidance to executives and HR leaders on high-stakes employment matters.
- Support corporate transactions by advising on employment-related risks.
- Draft and negotiate employment agreements and related documents.
- Collaborate with clients in technology and private equity sectors.
Requirements
- Excellent academic credentials and strong communication skills.
- Current associate in a Chambers-ranked Labor & Employment group.
- Member of the California State Bar or New York State Bar.
- Demonstrated maturity, professionalism, and excellent judgment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Education
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree required.
