Duties
- Advise clients on strategic workforce growth, employment policies, and compliance.
- Provide guidance to executives and HR leaders on employment matters.
- Support corporate transactions by advising on employment-related risks.
- Draft and negotiate employment agreements and related documents.
- Collaborate with technology and private equity clients to address employment challenges.
Requirements
- Excellent academic credentials and strong communication skills.
- Current associate in a Chambers-ranked Labor & Employment group.
- Member of the California State Bar or New York State Bar.
- Demonstrated professionalism and judgment in high-stakes situations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Education
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Salaries are in line with other top Bay Area firms, and the firm provides a $10,000 bonus for all lawyers who bill at least 1,950 hours, with additional money based on three separate billable hour levels above 1,950.
