Exciting opportunities await for skilled Registered Behavior Technicians seeking a rewarding contract for the remainder of the 25/26 school year. Two experienced professionals are needed to step into vital roles supporting students and schools with their expertise in behavioral intervention.In this dynamic position, you'll provide intensive, individualized support to high-needs students with significant externalizing behaviors, working closely with them during their part-day school attendance (2-3 hours per day). When not working 1:1, you will assist classrooms or school sites with overall behavioral support as needs arise. Your knowledge and care will have a direct and lasting impact.Key Details:

Full-time, Monday through Friday schedule

6-6.5 hours per day (depending on assignment)

Immediate start through June 12, 2026, with the possibility to extend into the following school year

Desired Skills & Experience:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

Demonstrated success supporting students with significant behavioral needs

Experience working intensively with high-needs populations

Comfort adapting to changing schedules and classroom environments

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based support

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver direct 1:1 intervention for students with externalizing behaviors

Collaborate with educators and team members to design and implement intervention plans

Assist teachers and staff with broad behavioral support across classrooms or sites when not providing direct student support

Maintain accurate documentation of interventions and student progress
