Natural Behavioral Solutions is a clinician-founded ABA company seeking collaborative, growth-minded BCBAs who value authentic client care, mentorship, and strong clinical leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct supervision, mentorship, and real-time coaching to RBTs
  • Conduct parent/caregiver training
  • Analyze data and modify programs as needed
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership and team members
  • Support staff development through mentorship and BST-style coaching
  • Maintain timely documentation and clinical compliance
  • Participate actively in trainings, case collaboration, and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing
  • Must be able to commute within Contra Costa County, CA
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA services
  • Interest in mentorship, collaboration, and supportive clinical leadership
  • Spanish-speaking preferred

Compensation & Benefits

  • $55–$66/hour DOE

Schedule

  • Full-Time, 9-6pm M-F (30+ hours/week)
  • Hybrid schedule with a combination of clinic, in-home/community, and remote work opportunities

Pay: $55.00 - $66.00 per hour
