- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
- At least one year of experience providing behavioral support, ideally in a middle or high school environment.
- Experience addressing complex behaviors in youth, particularly elopement and aggression.
- Preference will be given to candidates with completed National BCI for immediate placement.
- Deliver whole-class and individualized behavioral support to middle school students.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to implement and monitor effective behavioral strategies.
- Collect and maintain detailed data on student progress and report regularly.
- Create positive rapport with students while maintaining professional boundaries.
- Adapt interventions as needed to respond to evolving student needs during the school year.
