- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in behavioral support-middle or high school preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills working with students and staff
- Candidates with a completed National BCI are strongly preferred for immediate placement
- Proven ability to reduce challenging behaviors, including elopement, hallway wandering, and aggression
- Provide whole-class support in a middle school setting, focusing on behavior reduction and positive engagement
- Collaborate closely with teachers and school staff to implement effective behavioral strategies
- Support a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for students
- Monitor, document, and communicate student progress and behavior trends
- Adapt interventions to meet the evolving needs of the classroom
