Experteer Overview In this role you will provide psychiatric care for adolescents in a residential setting, guiding evaluation, treatment planning, and discharge. You will lead a multidisciplinary care team and collaborate with NPs, physicians, and therapists to deliver integrated care. You will document care in the HCS EMR and support program coordination within Laurel Heights Hospital. You will contribute to a mission-driven, high-volume program focused on autism spectrum disorders and complex behavioral health needs, within the UHS network. Compensation / Benefits • Conduct admission evaluations and assessments • Manage treatment teams and coordinate care • Oversee discharge planning and related administrative tasks • Collaborate with physicians, NPs, and support staff • Document care using HCS • Participate in program coordination within a multidisciplinary setting Tasks • Board Certified in Child/Adolescent Psychiatry preferred • Interest and experience with autism spectrum disorders • Active or eligible GA license • Active DEA Key requirements • malpractice insurance • paid time off • CME package • relocation assistance • sign-on bonus • competitive base salary with productivity bonus potential
