- Create your own schedule (Mon-Fri, 7 AM-7 PM)
- Compensation: $80,000-$100,000 annually!

What You'll Do
- Start by reviewing your schedule, checking for new referrals, and noting any changes in residents' conditions
- Meet with residents throughout the day for brief, focused therapy sessions (support, coping skills, mood, adjustment)
- Complete initial assessments and update treatment plans for new or ongoing residents
- Collaborate with nurses, rehab staff, and providers to discuss care needs and any behavioral concerns
- Document sessions, treatment plans, and required notes to meet compliance and billing standards
- Connect with family members when needed and plan your schedule and follow-ups for the next day
