Wise Mind Counseling Services Inc. is a diverse group practice with offices in Riverside, Murrieta, Orange, and Ontario. We are looking to hire qualified clinicians to work remote, hybrid, or in person in our downtown Riverside location. We are looking for someone that can provide a hybrid schedule. We are currently looking to hire full time (32+ client hours per week with the expectation of 25-26 billable client hours) LMFT/LCSW/LPCC working remote, hybrid, or in person providing telehealth services with a schedule of your choosing.

Qualified applicants must have:

• Licensed in California as a LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) or LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor)
• Your own malpractice liability insurance.
• Good assessment, treatment plan, and progress note writing skills. Able to complete documentation in a timely manner.
• Follow all legal and ethical guidelines as stated by the BBS and CA law.
• Be able to work independently and also consult with others when needed.
• Able to manage crisis situations.
• Able to provide psychotherapy to children, teens, and adults 65 years and younger.
• Fluency in other languages is also a plus, but not required.
• Ability to multitask and follow company deadlines.

-Support from administrative staff and biller.

-Clients scheduled for you. There is no need for you to advertise or market yourself.

-Paid use of EHR and HIPAA compliant telehealth platform and email.

-A Slack account in order to access tools and worksheets shared by all employees.

-Consultation with a clinical supervisor or the director whenever needed.

-Participation in team building events, employee mixers, and holiday parties.

-Monthly self care stipend in hopes to avoid burn out.
