Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a consistent after-school in-home ABA therapy opportunity in Laurel, MD.We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and energetic RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy services while helping children with autism build communication, behavioral, social, and daily living skills.This is an excellent opportunity for an RBT seeking steady evening hours, supportive BCBA leadership, and meaningful work that makes a difference every day.Why Join Autism COE?

Position Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services in the client’s home
  • Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies under BCBA supervision
  • Collect and record session data accurately
  • Support development of communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
  • Maintain a safe, engaging, and professional therapy environment
  • Collaborate with supervisors regarding client progress and treatment implementation
Schedule Requirements:
  • Monday–Friday | 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM
Consistent availability during the listed schedule is required.Requirements
  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Prior ABA or child-related experience required
  • Must be comfortable providing services in-home
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Strong communication and professionalism required
  • Must be dependable, patient, and team-oriented
  • Passion for working with children with autism and developmental needs
