Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Home & Community

Full-Time | $80,000-$95,000 annually | Fresno, CA

Role Overview

As a Home & Community-Based BCBA at CAS, you'll provide behavioral assessment, treatment planning, and clinical supervision in natural environments. You'll partner closely with families, technicians, and community stakeholders to support meaningful, real-world skill development.

This role is ideal for BCBAs who value flexibility, relationship-based work, and ethical, family-centered practice-without sacrificing support or growth.

What You'll Do
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Utilize developmentally appropriate assessments, including Vineland-3 and other standardized tools
  • Provide ABA services in home and community settings
  • Collect, monitor, and analyze behavioral data to guide clinical decision-making
  • Coach and model evidence-based behavioral strategies for caregivers and Behavior Technicians
  • Supervise RBTs/Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment fidelity
  • Deliver caregiver training to promote skill generalization across environments
  • Implement proactive behavior support and crisis prevention strategies
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners as needed
  • Participate in clinical meetings, trainings, and continuous learning
  • In some regions, mentor or supervise clinicians working toward BCBA certification

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing
  • Minimum of 2+ years of ABA experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Experience conducting FBAs, writing BIPs, and supervising clinical staff
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to ethical, compassionate, high-quality care
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
