In this role, you will meet with clients virtually, complete clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, provide ongoing counseling, and document care in a timely and professional manner.This position is a good fit for an LMHC who enjoys steady client care, clear clinical structure, and the ability to support people from a remote setting. You will help clients work through concerns such as anxiety, stress, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional health needs.ResponsibilitiesProvide individual therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform Complete intake assessments and gather relevant clinical history Create and update treatment plans based on each client’s needs Use appropriate evidence-based counseling approaches during sessions Monitor client progress and adjust care plans when needed Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Follow HIPAA standards and company telehealth procedures Refer clients to higher levels of care when clinically appropriate RequirementsMaster’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field Active LMHC license in Florida License must be current and in good standing Previous experience providing therapy to adults, families, or diverse client populations Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records Strong written communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently in a remote setting Benefits$115,000–$120,000 per year 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Full-time remote role Stable weekday schedule Administrative and operational support If you are an LMHC looking for a remote role where you can focus on meaningful clinical work, we would be glad to hear from you.
