Compensation:
$70,000 – $75,000 per year (full-time, in person) Use your LMSW, LGPC, LGMFT, LCSWC, LCPC, LMFT to lead, get supervised hours, and build something that matters. About the role

As the Program Manager / Senior Clinician for our Lawrenceville location at It Takes A Family (ITAF), you will:

• Carry a focused caseload of ~20-25 clients
• Provide day-to-day leadership for a small clinical team
• Oversee program goals, documentation, and licensing / regulatory standards
• Partner with leadership to design and improve services for at-risk populations
• Balance direct care with supervision, team coaching, and operations

You’re a great fit if you:

• Hold an active MD LMSW, LGPC, LGMFT, LCSWC, LCPC, LMFT (pre-licensed is exactly who we want)
• Have 2+ years of experience in a mental health setting (outpatient, community, or similar)
• Care deeply about underserved communities and want a voice in how services are built
• Enjoy collaboration, accountability, and clear expectations
