We are seeking an experienced BCBA Clinical Director to help lead our clinical team, strengthen our systems, mentor clinicians, and support the continued growth of our services in Georgia.

Position Overview
The Clinical Director will serve as a key clinical leader within Milestones Moments and will be responsible for overseeing clinical quality, BCBA performance, service delivery, compliance, and overall clinical outcomes.
This role is ideal for a strong BCBA leader who values ethical care, team development, operational structure, and meaningful impact. The right candidate will have the opportunity to help build scalable systems, support staff growth, and create a strong culture of clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical services and ensure high-quality, ethical, evidence-based ABA practices
- Provide leadership, supervision, and support to BCBAs and clinical staff
- Support RBT supervision standards, treatment fidelity, and clinical consistency
- Ensure treatment plans, supervision records, documentation, and authorizations are completed accurately and on time
- Monitor clinical quality, compliance, utilization, and continuity of care
- Help build and refine clinical systems, policies, workflows, and training structures
- Collaborate with scheduling, family services, QA, hiring, and executive leadership teams
- Support staffing alignment and efficient delivery of approved service hours
- Assist with escalated family or clinical concerns when needed
- Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and clinical excellence
Clinical Expectations
Initially, the Clinical Director will maintain approximately 10–15 hours per week of direct supervision and billable clinical work, with a planned transition toward reduced clinical hours as leadership responsibilities increase.
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification required
- Georgia LBA required, or ability to obtain and maintain applicable Georgia licensure
- Experience supervising clinical staff, including BCBAs and RBTs
- Strong understanding of ABA treatment planning, documentation, authorizations, compliance, and payer requirements
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate across departments and help build systems in a growing organization
- Prior clinical leadership experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Rethink or similar ABA clinical software preferred, but not required
Compensation & Support
- $100,000 - $110,000 annual salary
- $5,000 sign-on bonus after 60 days of continuous employment
- 15 days PTO annually
