Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients with developmental disabilities and autism. This role is essential in providing support and education to clients and their families, helping them achieve their goals through effective behavioral interventions.
Responsibilities
- Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Support teens with behavior reduction, coping skills, and daily living skills
- Collect accurate session data and maintain documentation
- Follow behavior intervention plans with fidelity
- Communicate professionally with caregivers and supervisors
- Maintain client safety and uphold ethical standards
• Experience
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is preferred.
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques and the implementation of care plans is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA compliance is an asset
- Experience with at‑risk youth, including those with trauma histories
- Experience supporting teens with mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, or emotional dysregulation
- Familiarity with crisis‑prevention strategies
- Ability to build rapport with youth who may be resistant, guarded, or inconsistent in engagement
- A background in special education or related fields will be considered a plus.

Pay: $25.36 - $32.00 per hour
