Bundle Therapy is a groundbreaking outpatient mental health company that offers both virtual and in-person therapy. Our mission is to transform access to high-quality mental health care, one individual at a time. We are actively hiring licensed therapists based in Miami and surrounding areas to join our team. English-only, Spanish-only, (being a bilingual or trilingual is a plus but not mandatory).

Your Role

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families (25-30 clients per week, virtually, or in-person) from our office (Miami, 33179) or at one of our partnered locations.
• Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Complete timely electronic documentation
• Manage your caseload while maintaining a consistent schedule.
• Collaborate to deliver trauma-informed, client-centered care.
• Supervise interns when needed and requested by the Clinical Director.
• Deliver Therapy sessions in English, Spanish or a bilingual/Trilingual setting. Being bilingual is preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer up to $55/hour and access to in-person therapy offices, free website services, and seamless billing support.

What We’re Looking For
We seek Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), or Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs) who are:

• Florida Licensed Therapists (In-person).
• Florida residents (required/This is a 100% in-person role. Please see the other job posting for hybrid and remote roles).
• Experienced in trauma-informed and evidence-based practices.
• Skilled in risk assessment, crisis intervention, ICD-10 codes, and treatment planning.
• Proficient with technology.
• Supervision experience.
